PRE-LICENSING CLASSES:
Taught through DVD or in person by Brad Hanes, nationally recognized Real Estate Instructor and member of the Oakridge University teaching faculty. Brad has chosen Oakridge Realtors to hold his Brokers License.
OAKRIDGE UNIVERSITY:
Oakridge Realtors has a 60-hour "on-site" (not on line or TV) training class to supplement pre-licensing classes required to obtain a Real Estate License.
OAKRIDGE MENTORING:
An experienced and successful Oakridge Realtors Agent will be assigned to be your personal trainer/mentor to assist you in your early development and transactions.
OAKRIDGE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM:
Offered as an opportunity for new and existing Oakridge Realtors Agents to "kick start" their business through a weekly round table discussion between Realtors and business development staff. You will tour homes listed for sale by other MLS Companies, as well as, a weekly tour of all Oakridge Realtors listings. And, you will have at your disposal, a complete library of motivational and informational materials to support your flourishing career.
CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS:
Required by Iowa Real Estate Commission and offered through Brad Hanes, Licensed Instructor and Real Estate Broker.

*On site Mortgage Lender knowledgeable regarding fresh, innovative loan programs,
