I joined the Oakridge team after 4 years of working in the communications and marketing field. I am the second generation to work for Oakridge, as my dad, Denny Lenth, first joined Oakridge in 1984. I learned a great deal about new home construction when my dad founded Denny Lenth Construction in 1993. I worked for the family business throughout high school and continue to assist him today. Since my dad started in real estate the year I was born, it is safe to say that real estate has always been in my blood. My mom, Kathy Lenth, is retired from Hawkeye Community College.

Prior to entering the work force, I spent several years in higher education. I graduated from the University of Iowa, and attended Marquette University's graduate program for advertising and public relations, where I taught public speaking to undergraduate students for 2 years.

My husband, Nate, is a territory manager for Parker-Hannifin Corporation. We are both natives of Cedar Falls and are Cedar Falls High School graduates. We had our first child, Logan, in 2010. We share a great passion for sports, particularly Iowa Hawkeye football, and look forward to our weekends in Iowa City for game days. You might also see me working out at the Cedar Falls Rec Center or jogging or taking a family bike ride on our Cedar Falls bike trails.

Having lived out of state for a long time, I feel extremely fortunate to be back in the Cedar Valley. This community means a great deal to me and I am proud to raise my family here. Real estate gives me the opportunity to serve my friends and family and it also allows me to help out of town buyers become acquainted with our community.
