Oakridge Realtors has been serving the Buyers and Sellers in Cedar Falls, Waterloo, and the surrounding Cedar Valley area since 1982. Originally founded by Todd Hunemueller, Oakridge Realtors is currently owned by Dave Page, Dan Berregaard, Brian Page and Ann Jones. Manned with a staff of three licensed office personel and 43 active, full-time agents, we strive to provide the highest caliber of professionalism in every Real Estate transaction. Our agents come from diverse backgrounds including former educators, engineers, computer programmers/analysts and small business managers/owners. Almost 1/2 of our agents have continued their Real Estate educations and have obtained their personal Brokers License and have acquired many "Specialist" designations along the way, as well. The entire Company is committed to the business of Real Estate and "meeting & exceeding" your expectations of a Real Estate professional.
